My husband is a citizen of Uruguay but has lived in USA for twenty five years. We are thinking of living several months each year in Uruguay.

I don't speak spanish fluently and would be interested in living around other english speaking people.

What location would be the best for me and my husband to live in view of my interest in being close to other english speaking people?
